Septarian gets its name from the Latin word ‘septum’, partition. Formed when sediments accumulated around small sea creatures caught in volcanic eruptions, hardening, shrinking, and cracking to form beautiful patterns.
It is believed that septarian nurtures and grounds the wearer, bringing about feelings of happiness and understanding.
