This is a small Amethyst Crystal with a polished point and rough sides. The red/orange colouration is natural iron inclusions. Amethyst is a violet variety of Quartz. In ancient Greece it was believed that drinking from a cup made from Amethyst would prevent drunkenness.
It is thought that Amethyst is a powerful aid to creative thinking, spiritual awareness and healing.
