A beautiful small citrine cluster from Brazil.

Citrine is a member of the quartz family. It forms as a result of volcanic processes creating amethyst, which when exposed to great heat turns all shades of orange, becoming citrine. It is also known as ‘the merchant’s stone’, believed to help maintain a state of wealth.

It is believed that citrine diminishes self-destructive tendencies by raising self-esteem.  Good for overall emotional well-being.
